In this release, you’ll find significant improvements to reports and the mobile application, both of which are critical to your success as a wholesale distributor.
The new reporting options are targeted to impact sales teams. The new pre-configured sales reports include:
- Sales by Customer
- Sales by Sales Rep
- Sales by Channel
- Sales by Sales History
- Sales by Promotion Code
When you select a report, you can now export it to the built-in filing cabinet (stored reports) within the platform.
Sales reps can also access these reports from the improved mobile application, which makes it easy for them to keep tabs on their progress from a mobile device.
Sales order reporting has also been improved. You can now customize the columns in the list view of all sales orders. You can name the file and save it to your filing cabinet as well.
Improvements to the mobile application include an improved UX and menu. Mobile app users can now change roles to view different dashboards on a mobile device. All links are now active as well.
Other enhancements include:
- The ability to add manual tracking numbers to multi-box shipments
- A welcome page is now introduced to visitors when attempting to access restricted areas of your website
- The ability to send email notifications to customer service reps when they have a new case to work on as well as a customer notification the case is being worked
